From Äkäslompolo village, at the feet of Ylläs fell, comes the renewed Restaurant Poro. We welcome you to our gourmet cuicine filled with genuine Lapland culture. Our kitchen’s creations are based on reindeer meat. In addition, our à la carte menu covers a wide variety of other unique northern nature’s treats. Once again, summer and autumn has turned into winter
and the most wonderful season is almost upon us.
Poro will open its doors on Thursday, December 4th, 2025 at 16:00,
after which we will be open Tuesday – Saturday from 16:00 to 22:00.

Lunch includes a delicious salad buffet.
As  main course there are two different options.
Coffee and a small sweet for dessert.
The price for lunch is 13.50 € .

Lunch is served at 12:00 – 14:30.
